CostaSphere provides estate management, interior curation, and real estate advisory services.

• Estate Management: All services are performed based on the specific protocols agreed upon for each property.
• YourCheck™ Technology: This is a proprietary service verification tool. While we strive for 100% uptime, access to the portal depends on third-party internet and GPS satellite providers.

• To access certain features (like YourCheck™), you must register an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• CostaSphere is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the CostaSphere name, logo, YourCheck™ software logic, bespoke cleaning protocols, images, and text, is the exclusive property of CostaSphere. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

• Fees: Service fees are outlined in individual client agreements.
• Billing: Recurring management services are typically billed monthly in advance.
• Cancellation: Terms for service termination are specified in your individual service contract, typically requiring 30 days' notice unless otherwise stated.

CostaSphere acts as a curator and manager. While we use the highest standards of care:

• We are not liable for property damage caused by third-party events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Users and partners agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the YourCheck™ system.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Submit false information regarding property details or identity.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaga/Marbella.

CostaSphere reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
