• Property Data: Addresses, access instructions, and specific property requirements.
• Operational Data (YourCheck™): To ensure transparency and service verification, our system processes GPS-location data of staff/contractors during property inspections. Note: We do not track clients' personal movements.

Your data is used solely for:

• Managing and maintaining your property.
• Providing real-time reporting via the YourCheck™ portal.
• Personalizing interior curation and cleaning protocols.
• Legal compliance regarding real estate acquisitions.

We implement high-level technical and organizational measures to ensure your data remains confidential. All data within the YourCheck™ ecosystem is encrypted and stored on secure servers (Supabase/EU-based).

We do not sell your data. Information is only shared with authorized third-party service providers (e.g., maintenance teams, cleaning crews) who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and strictly for the execution of agreed-upon services.
